The Vibe origin story
Vibe started with a simple idea: dance and fitness should not feel reserved for one kind of body or one kind of person. Too many people have been made to feel that movement is not for them. Vibe is here to change that, making music, movement and belonging feel easier to step into, whatever your starting point.

What is Vibe?
Vibe blends music, movement and community into classes that feel more like a night out than a fitness session. You do not need to be fit, flexible, or have any experience. You just need to show up — the rest sorts itself out.
The Vibe promise
Come as you are. Adapt what you need. Leave feeling a little more alive than when you walked in.
Pay-as-you-go Vibe sessions in friendly spaces where you can move at your own level.
Members can access videos, tutorials, playlists and practice content between classes.
A welcoming space for people who want the fun of dance without pressure or judgement.
Vibe in numbers
Vibe started with one weekly class. Three years later, the timetable has grown, thousands of class visits have taken place, and we are beginning to track how people feel before and after sessions too.

Vibe sets aside supported spaces for people who need them. There is no performance of hardship required. Get in touch privately and we will work out the simplest route.
Help fund a place
People can contribute towards supported spaces for someone else. The recipient does not need to know who helped, and the person helping does not need a spotlight.
