What is Vibe?

Dance fitness that meets you where you are

Vibe Dance Fitness is a feel-good, follow-along dance workout built around great music and a genuinely welcoming room. There’s no choreography to memorise, no judgement, and no need to be “good at dancing” — just turn up, choose your own intensity, and enjoy moving to songs you love.

Fun first

Follow-along routines to music you actually love. No exams, no pressure, just a good time.

Beginner friendly

Never danced before? Perfect. Every routine is built so you can join in from week one.

Your intensity

Take it gentle or go for it — you choose how much energy you give on the day.

A welcoming room

Friendly faces, no mirrors-on-the-wall judgement, and a space where every body belongs.

Delivered in partnership with

Questions, answered

Do I need any dance experience?

Not at all. Vibe is built for complete beginners. The routines are simple and follow-along, so you can relax and enjoy it from your very first session.

Is it really free?

Yes. The Redcar places are funded through the Community Wellbeing Partnership and delivered locally in partnership with Footprints in the Community, so there is nothing to pay to take part.

Who can take part?

This funded Redcar programme is for adults aged 18 or over. You do not need dance experience and you can adapt the movement to suit your own level.

What should I wear and bring?

Comfortable clothes you can move in, a drink of water, and indoor trainers or shoes you can dance in. That’s it.

What if I miss a week?

No punishment for gaps. Come to as many of the six Fridays as you can — every session you make still counts as a win.
